We'd like to invite you to the Ralph Colman & Wilier Performance Progress Labs Open Evening on 22 April. Learn from the professionals how to train smarter to ride faster and further.

"You don't know your limits until you test them"

This is the key message from Wilier Performance Progress Lab - specialists in getting the best out your body. Learn how to stop fighting your body and ride with it instead. During the 45 minute presentation you'll learn about:

  • Overtraining and how it hinders progression
  • Lactate Thresholds - working with the body rather than against it
  • Improving muscle recruitment - increase efficiency and delaying fatigue

We will also piece together all the elements that need to come together to get the best out of your riding – changing one thing will make you a better cyclist but its how you piece it all together which will make you a great cyclist.

Plus there'll be nutritional tips (and free samples) from Torq, all the newest kit and clothing from Giro as well as on the night promotions and deals. As it's an evening event we'll even have a drink for you too.

Lactate Threshold Analysis

If you want to take your training to the next level, Wilier PPL will be running Lactate Threshold Analysis in store on the 23rd April for a special price of just £99 - the best way to start a proper training schedule (or just find your baseline fitness). Sign up online here - please include your prefered time on Saturdayhttp://www.wilierppl.com/more-info

Wilier Demo Day

On Saturday 23 April we're also running our Wilier Demo Day - click here for more information and how to book a ride.
